First Comments should be from YOU

After you see your video here for the first time, 1) write a comment about where you are with your presentation (a self-evaluation) and then 2) tell your colleagues what you want help with in order to improve the final presentation. Remember the distinction between "criterion-based feedback" and "reader-based feedback" (a "movie" of the viewer's mind, to paraphrase Elbow).
